Senior Project Manager
Benito Valdelamar has over 20 years of commercial construction. Benito is responsible for all aspects of daily managing and coordinating new building design and construction. He oversees the completion of all major commercial renovations, build-to-suit and major tenant finish-outs. He is responsible for tracking and completing concepts from beginning to end.

Benito Junior Valdelamar, with instruction in commercial & industrial construction, is responsible for reviewing estimates from the conceptual stage through the final documents. He monitors the business cost estimating and bidding during the plan development. Additionally, he has over 4 years in Field Construction experience and effectively assists our Senior Project Manager.
